Mr. Tucker has helped businesses at the inception, by helping with business formations, review and drafting contracts and documents needed for commercial transactions and relationships. When things go wrong, and businesses sue or are sued by other businesses or individuals, we represent those businesses in commercial litigation. That litigation sometimes stems from breaches of contract, violation of non-compete agreements, business collections among other general business litigation matters. Mr. Tucker also represents businesses in the purchase and sale of real estate as well as other businesses.
